 GLUTEN FREE FLOUR BLEND 1: (4 1/4 cups of flour)

This is great for slices and cookies

2 1/4 cups superfine rice flour
1/4 cup potato starch
2/3 cup tapioca flour
3/4 cup corn flour
1/3 cup cornstarch
2 teaspoons xanthan gum

Gluten free flour blend 2

This is great for large cakes and bread

This recipe can be halved.

2 cups of corn flour
2 cups white rice flour
2 cups brown rice flour
1 cup soya flour
1 cup coconut flour
2 cups buckwheat flour
3 cups potato flour
3 cups tapioca starch
4 teaspoons xanthan gum


Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl. Store in airtight jars or containers.
